Ford's 2010 Lineup Features Quality and Fuel-Efficiency
Ford Motor Company sets the trend for new vehicle production with their new 2010 line-up. Ford’s innovative new design in vehicles is best-in-class in four essential areas: fuel-efficiency, quality, technology and safety.
Ford’s Dedication to Fuel Efficiency
While maintaining their high standards in fuel-efficiency, Ford is redefining their powertrain models. The Ford Company has increased the US average fuel economy in powertrain models by about 20 percent since the 2005 models were released. Through these advancements, Ford plans to increase fuel efficiency in both car and truck models by an overall 35 percent by 2015. In their commitment to produce and deliver new products with the best fuel economy they have invested largely in new engine, transmissions and new driveline components.
While Ford is working across the board to provide the best in fuel efficient models, they are also dedicated to producing top of the line electrified models. The company will have four such vehicles hit the road by 2012.
Ford’s Commitment to Quality
Ford, Mercury and Lincoln products achieved the highest rating in customer satisfaction. The Global Quality Research System rated Ford at its highest level in North America in 28 years. This rating equals rival vehicle producers for the first time.
It was concluded by Merrill Lynch’s “Car Wars” study that Ford is expected to have the highest vehicle replacement rate for its 2010 to 2013 models. Along with return customers, the company’s newest innovations are attracting first-time Ford buyers.
Improvements and quality advancements mean less repairs and less trouble for customers. The attention to quality and customer satisfaction ensures customers that they will drive well longer in a vehicle designed and developed by the Ford Motor Company.
Ford’s Concentration on Technology and Safety
While Ford is providing higher levels of interior comfort, they are also producing safer vehicles using the latest technological advancements. Ford drivers can receive information about traffic, or directions delivered directly to the customer’s Bluetooth enabled phones.
If an obstacle is present in the driver’s blind spot, the new Blind Spot Information System will alert the driver.
When attempting to parallel park, Ford vehicles are equipped with the Automatic Park Assist which will help the driver guide the vehicle into the parking space.
Ford’s Commitment
The Ford Motor Company is committed to providing customers a safe, fuel efficient and stylish vehicle. The designers are dedicated to making quality models which are an economically wise investment for Ford customers.
