Greatness Reimagined 

The Ford Bronco arguably is one the most recognizable vehicles on planet Earth. Since its debut in the 1960's, the Ford Bronco has always been designed to dominate any challenge. With its reintroduction four years ago, Ford has consistently updated the SUV to become the modern and powerful beast we see on the roads today. However, the mission is ongoing; we see updates coming to the Bronco each passing year. With the 2024 Bronco starting to find its way to dealers, we wanted to address what differs from the 2023 Bronco to the all-new 2024 line-up. 

Goodbye to the Base Model 

Going into the new year, Ford has decided to oust the original base model Bronco. Taking its place in 2024 is going to be the 2024 Ford Bronco Big Bend trim that comes standardly equipped with a 2.3L I-4 engine and an option for a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine. The 2.3L I-4 engine is capable of 275 horsepower, 315 lb. ft. of torque, and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds when equipped with a Class II Trailer Package.

Equipment Changes 

There are a few minor changes to the equipment from last year's model of the Bronco to the current one. Initially, the original eight-inch infotainment screen is being substituted for a 12-inch infotainment display on all models of the 2024 Bronco. This upgrade will assist those behind the wheel with a more convenient display for their entertainment and navigation routes.

2024 Ford Bronco Raptor Code Orange 

Another significant change for the Bronco is the new Code Orange appearance for the Raptor trim. This package will add orange accents on the exterior and the interior of the vehicle. The vehicle's body will don the Code Orange decals on the rear fenders and add that iconic orange hue to the beadlock of the Raptor's wheels. Furthermore, consumers can have Blue with Black Onyx or Black Onyx upholstery to accent the Code Orange seat belts. 

Additionally, Bronco customers can now order body-painted fenders, which opens up a whole new world of customization. 

New Colors and Optional Wheels For Raptor Line

The power to customize your vehicle is more important than most consumers consider. Ford has responded to the customer demand for a more in-depth customization experience by adding two new colors and introducing Ford Performance and Method wheels. The two colors added for the 2024 Bronco Raptor are Shelter Green and Velocity Blue Metallic. The Ford Performance/ Method wheels are offered in four 17-inch options and can be ordered in Oxford White, Matte Titanium Gray, Method Bronze, or Matte Black.
